Door in our bathroom didn't close properly!!! Corporate parties noise might disturb other guests, especially at night!!!

Affordable prices, room's standard.

Sauna was not available, swimming pool was occupied by aerobic class- no space for hotel guests.

It's easy commute to Katowice via freeway. I used free parking onsite. Restauracja Kwartet, where you can eat, is only a short distance to the hotel...

This hotel is definetly misrepresented. The sound insulation is horrendous, you hear everything from neighboring rooms. The breakfast was laughable, with stale, cheap bread served. I requested a simple room upgrade, being such a distinguished guest, and was met with a blank stare. Such mediocrity. I almost gave it a good review but just coudn't.

The hotel had a decent indoor pool area, although a bit cold, it was still refreshing after a long day. I also found the meals quite enjoyable, especially dinner upon arrival.

Parking situation's a mess if you need accessible spots. One disabled space often full with no enforcement whatsoever. The wellness area's opening times were misrepresented online, limiting access significantly. Rooms felt outdated, with 90s-era showers and some broken, rusty appliances. Breakfast options were disappointing, with cheap ingredients that didn't match the prices.

The room was clean; sauna and pool facilities - good near the hotel there is a big shopping center with 24hrs McDonalds and kfc

1) We have booked a double room with comment "one big bed". Instead, were given a twin. Comments disregarded 2) no bath towels in the room. Upon our request to reception we received 2 small ones, but still no bath, which never arrived 3) telephone in the room not working. Even to request reception for towels had to go downstairs 4) internet is just cable, no wifi. Cables were provided, but were damaged. it's better if you bring your own 5) public transportation to/from the hotel is NOT evident and simple. Get detailed directions both ways before you go. If arriving by car it's easier, the hotel is next to high-way

Great value for the money! The breakfast was amazing, with plenty of options. Really nice swimming pool, and the staff lent me a charger when mine was broken. Pet-friendly vibe, we brought our Great Dane!

Location, hotel is off the a4 motorway

Room wasn't clean- dust everywhere and hair in soap dispenser, but no soap. When booking hotel, I made sure it gas got car park on the premises, as we were driving from UK, however I got asked to pay for car park when checking out after the second day. I have refused as such information wasn't given at all about charges of the car park when I was reserving the room either checking inn. Very polite receptionist told me that she's "letting ne off" this time. Well judge it for yourself. I will never stay there again.

The room was nice. There are few big supermarkets and McDonalds near by. There are a highway right near the hotel so it may be noisy.

The indoor pool was cool as, but the noise from the neighbours was annoying. Staff were heaps friendly, though!

I am sure that was just accidental, but room was not cleaned at all, room was changed, but it was not same as required.
